Production Coordinator – Stream AMG

About the role. 

We are excited to offer a new opportunity to use your excellent analytical skills to support the successful coordination and planning of some of the biggest live events for global audiences.

As a Production Coordinator based in our fabulous modern office in Media City, you will be an integral part of our Coordination and Planning division, ensuring the seamless preparation of administrative and technical requirements for all events on our clients’ platforms. 

What to expect on a day-to-day basis.

  • Track various monthly sports events and matches for the production team and coordinator.
  • Assist with admin tasks for all clients and daily live streamed productions.
  • Coordinate with Technical Coordinator to maintain event and stream technical requirements.
  • Ensure completion of technical setups for current and future events following procedures.
  • Create and edit documentation for both accounts and production staff.
  • Generate weekly task boards for staff.
  • Report and review revenue and events for client billing purposes.
  • Schedule feeds with external third parties partnered with StreamAMG.
  • Gather information and data from clients and third parties to support the production team.

What you need.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing deadlines. 

Excellent time management and teamwork abilities are essential, along with a keen attention to detail and solid organisational skills focused on delivering top-notch streaming experiences.
