Casual Front of House Usher – RNCM

We are seeking hardworking, customer focused people to work casually as part of the front of house usher team. Our team assist in the safe and enjoyable delivery of the wide variety of events across the many venue spaces at the RNCM.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, duties will include checking tickets, helping to seat patrons, selling programmes and artist merchandise when applicable, proactively responding to customer needs, providing critical support in the event of an evacuation, and ensuring the highest levels of venue professionalism are delivered. Excellent customer service skills are required for this role.
