We have two fully equipped, air conditioned studios in the heart of central Manchester. Each studio is acoustically treated and uses top of the range microphones, tuned perfectly to record the best possible vocals within the space.

Our rates start at £90 an hour plus VAT, inclusive of a studio engineer, with increasing discounts for half and full day bookings. Best value lies with one of our retainer packages, perfect for regular podcasters, freelancers or independent production companies, with unused recording time redeemable as editing, transcribing or portable equipment hire.

We also have a dedicated team of videographers who can provide high quality visual recordings for your podcast, with multiple camera angles, varying room layouts and lighting options customisable to your needs.

We have a beautiful, fully brandable events space, designed to accentuate the beauty of this Grade 1 listed warehouse, the oldest in Manchester, making it perfect for the visualisation of podcasts. We can also record panel shows, round table discussions and interviews, either behind closed doors or in front of a live studio audience.

Our spaces have all been wired to allow transfer of audio and video “through the glass” into our studios to allow separate monitoring and mixing, ideal for directors and producers who need to privately discuss recordings or streams on the fly.

Our events space has a custom tuned, club standard sound system with a comprehensive back line for intimate gigs and events. We have a brandable TV wall and lighting setup capable of over 1 billion different colour combinations. With our Dante network, there are hundreds of multichannel routing and recording options and coupled with our acoustically treated live room, makes this the perfect place to record live sessions and mixes.

We also provide videographers, content creators and editors to create wonderful multiplatform assets of your activity if needed, having worked previously with Gilles Peterson’s We Out Here Festival, Future Everything, Sofar Sounds and Shindigger to name just a few. We have a full PA, front of house desk, DJ equipment, projectors and a wall to ceiling TV wall, making the space perfect for events, intimate live gigs, workshops and product launches.
